Biography
Lyadov Vasily Ivanovich initially received home education. After the 3rd St. Petersburg gymnasium, he studied at St. Petersburg University , where he graduated with a silver medal in 1855 .
Lyadov became a geography teacher at the gymnasium, which he graduated from. He also taught geography at the Nikolaev orphan and Smolny and Mariinsky institutes. Soon he began to teach pedagogy. In 1864, he was awarded a diamond ring with ruby. Since April 4, 1876 - with the rank of full state adviser .
Then Lyadov was appointed class inspector of the Alexander School . In March 1887, he became chairman of the study committee at the institutions of Empress Maria . In 1891, Lyadov took the position of official of special assignments at the head of the same institutions, and then - Privy Councilor .
In the role of a teacher, Lyadov proved himself to be several works that determined his literary talents.
