The company was founded in 1931 (since 1995 it was transformed into the Open Joint Stock Company Nevsk Design Bureau [1] , it is the oldest Russian design bureau for surface shipbuilding, specializing in the design of aircraft carriers and landing ships, as well as naval aircraft and training training complexes of naval aviation One of the activities of the Design Bureau is designing the modernization of existing warships.
