Geography

The settlement Maydarovo is located in the north of the Moscow region, in the eastern part of Solnechnogorsk district, about 14 km south-east from the center of Solnechnogorsk , 29 km north-west from the Moscow ring road , on the Moscow small ring A107 , on the right bank of the Klyazma river [2] .

In the village one street - Village, attributed to the eponymous gardening non-profit partnership [3] . It is connected by bus with Zelenograd and Solnechnogorsk [4] . The nearest settlements are the villages of Bukharovo , Lozhki and Radumlya .

History

In the β€œList of populated areas” of 1862, Maidorovo (Maidarovo) is a village of the 6th camp of the Moscow district of the Moscow province on the right side of the St. Petersburg highway (from Moscow), 46 versts from the provincial city, at the pond and the Klyazma river, with 1 yard , a plant and 15 inhabitants (9 men, 6 women) [5] .

According to 1899, the village of the Durykin volost of the Moscow district with 23 inhabitants [6] .

In 1932, the Maydarovo state farm was founded, and in 1966 there were 132 farms and 492 people (222 men, 270 women) lived in it [7] .

At the beginning of 1998, 529 households were living in the village, there were 1603 inhabitants, there were a school-garden, a library, a first-aid post, a post office, an automatic telephone station, a poultry farm functioned [7] .

By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 96 dated February 25, 2005, the settlement of the state farm Maidarovo was renamed the settlement Maidarovo.
