Osmium diarsenide forms rhombic syngony crystals, space group Pnnm , cell parameters a = 0.54129 nm, b = 0.61910 nm, c = 0.30126 nm, Z = 1 [2] .
Not soluble in water.
It is a p- type semiconductor [3] .
