Career

After several years as a cartographer , he began working as a comic book artist at Marvel UK, the British imprint company Marvel Comics . [1] Larroca worked at Marvel UK when he contributed to Dark Angel and Death's Head II. At one point, Larroca began working on major North American comics such as DC Comics ' Flash . Subsequently, Larroca worked for three years at Marvel Comics on the Ghost Rider , in the mid-1990s. After the launch of the Ghost Rider , Larroca received the exposure necessary to become famous, one of the most prominent comic book artists in the United States .

After experimenting with "Heroes Reborn," editor Bobby Chase instructed Larrock to return Captain America , Iron Man , Fantastic Four , Avengers , and several other superheroes to the Heroes Return mini-series. [2] After Alan Davis left the Fantastic Four , Larroca began working with writer Chris Clermont. Larrock and Clermont had a three-year, long-term perspective on the title. [3]

Larrock handed the work over to the new writer / artist, Carlos Pacheco, while Larroca continued to make several editions of Uncanny X-Men after the departure of Adam Coubert, who stopped working on Ultimate X-Men . Larroca then reunited with writer Chris Clermont, over the X-Treme X-Men . Larroka remained on the title for twenty-four issues, after which he was asked to work on the new Namor issue in Tsunami imprint. Meanwhile, Larroka worked on various mini-series, including Ultimate Daredevil & Elektra and Ultimate Elektra . [four]

Larrock was asked to draw the Uncanny X-Men and X-Men editions. These issues led to the X-Men Reload event, and the names received new writers, artists, and storytelling. Larroca and writer Chuck Austin worked on the X-Men . During his work on X-Men , Larroca drew the mini-series Spider-Man: House of M. Larroc later drew X-Men , with a new writer, Peter Milligan. He left the X-Men in June and joins Warren Ellis on the newuniversal , a remake of New Universe .
