Biography
He graduated from SAGU (1923). He worked as an intern, assistant, head of the selection sector, deputy director for science (1932–1941), director (1942–1958) of the Turkestan selection station (since 1960 - research institute for selection and seed production of cotton, Ministry of Agriculture of the Uzbek SSR ).
In 1960-1965, director, in 1965-1968, head of the genetics department of the Research Institute of Breeding and Seed Production of Cotton.
He is the author of many highly productive disease-resistant cotton varieties with high fiber yields.
Academician VASKHNIL (1948). Full member of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR (1952).
Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR of 2–4 convocations (1948–1958). Member of the CPSU (b) since 1940 .
