It is located 20 km south-east of Torzhok , 4 km from the village of Marino .
History
In the 1790s, the village of Vasilyeva Gora, as well as the neighboring village of Znamenskoye-Raek, belonged to the commander-in-chief, FI I. Glebov .
In the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries, the village of Vasilyeva Gora belonged to the Raevsky parish of the Mariinsky volost, Novotorzhsky district . In 1884 - 57 yards, 361 inhabitants.
In 1940, the village was part of the Donshinsky Village Council of the Mednovsky District of the Kalinin Region .
In 1996 there were 15 farms in the village, 30 inhabitants.
