Club career
Mendoza is a pupil of the WANL Tigres club. On February 19, 2010, in his match against Santos Laguna , he made his debut for the team in the Mexican Example [2] . Due to the lack of playing practice at the end of the season, Luis transferred on loan to the La Piedad Assenso League club. On August 14, 2011, in his match against Veracruz , he made his debut in Mexico’s second division [3] . On October 16, in a duel against Indios , he scored his first goal [4] . In 2012, Mendoza was again leased, his new club was “ San Luis ”. On August 4, in his match against Monarcas Morelia , he made his debut for a new team, replacing Moises Velasco in the second half [5] . On September 16, in a duel against UNAM, Pumas Luis scored his first goal for San Luis [6] .
In 2013, Mendoza moved to the metropolitan “ America. ” On August 1, in a match against Leon , he made his debut for a team from Mexico City [7] . On August 25, in a duel against the Monarcas Morelia, Louis scored twice, scoring his first goals for America. [8] At the end of the season, Mendoza helped the club win the silver medals of the Mexican championship. In 2014, Mendoza became the champion of Mexico.
In early 2015, Luis moved to Santos Laguna . On January 18, in a duel against Cruz Asul , he made his debut for a new club [9] . On March 12, 2016, in a duel against Pachuca , Mendoza scored his first goal for Santos Laguna [10] . In the summer of that year, Louis moved to Chiapas . July 17, in a match against his former club "America", he made his debut for a new team [11] . On August 21, in a duel against Monarcas Morelia , Mendoza scored his first goal for Chiapas [12] .
In the summer of 2017, Louis joined Tijuana . On August 12, in his match against Puebla , he made his debut for a new club [13] . On August 23, in a duel against Queretaro , Mendoza scored his first goal for Tijuana [14] . On March 14, 2018, in the CONCACAF Champions League match against the American New York Red Bulls , Louis scored a goal [15] . In the summer of 2018, Mendoza moved to Toluca . On July 28, in a match against Puebla, he made his debut for a new team [16] .
International Career
In October 2013, Mendoza received a call to the Mexican national team to participate in a friendly match against the Finnish national team , but did not enter the field.
