Biography
Born on January 24, 1889 in the village of Sorokino, Zhadrinsky volost of the Pskov province (currently - Opochetsky district , Pskov region ). Russian, orthodox.
Received primary education at home. He graduated from the parish school.
11/13/1910 - entered service in the 3rd aeronautical company.
04/21/1911 - he was sent to the Aviation Officer School of the Air Fleet Department "for training in the repair of airplanes."
1912 - Graduated from the Sevastopol Military Aviation School . (November 22 passed the exam for the title of "pilot".)

Since January 25, 1913 - pilot of the aviation detachment of the 6th aeronautical company.
11/12/1913 - was transferred to the Osovets fortress aviation detachment.
From 01/09/1915 - in the Vladivostok Fortress Aviation Unit.
From 04/11/1915 - in the 32nd corps aviation detachment.
Since May 25, 1915 - the junior officer of the detachment. Transferred by an observer pilot to the 12th Aviation Division.
For military distinctions brought in ensigns. January 3, 1916, also for military distinctions, promoted to "military pilots".
Since September 15, 1917 - second lieutenant.
03/17/1917 - shot down a German plane.
12/16/1917 - Commander of 32 KAO.

After leaving, he lived in his native village. He organized the collective farm and became its first chairman, then the village council. He was killed by bandits on April 12, 1947 . He was buried in the village of Zhadro , on the shores of Lake Zhadry, East of the village of Podlipye (Sorokino) 5.2 km. Opochetsk district, Pskov region.

Upon returning from reconnaissance, the engine stopped at the airplane, and having no opportunity to get to the location of Russian troops at Przemysl, he planned to a forest glade. During planning, he was heavily fired by gunfire of the enemy. After examining and correcting the damage to the engine, he started it and flew to the airfield of the detachment. By skillful disposition, he avoided captivity and saved the airplane by delivering information about the location and strength of enemy units. ”

- Order of St. George 4th Art. - By Order of the 7th Army No. 1765 dated 10/31/1917 “for the fact that on March 17, 1917, returning from reconnaissance, flying a two-seat aircraft“ Nyupor-10 ”, I met an enemy aircraft traveling from metro station Podgaytsy to the east . With a dashing skillful maneuver, drawing close to the enemy a short distance, Warrant Officer Vishnyakov allowed his observer a machine gunner to shoot at an enemy aircraft at almost point-blank range and shoot him down. An enemy plane crashed at our location and burned out. Two German officers captured. ”
During the Civil War, he was awarded a silver watch with a dedicatory inscription from the All-Russian Central Executive Committee "For Outstanding Combat Work" - 09/05/1920 For the courage shown in battles, he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner . Vishnyakov was awarded the Order of the Red Banner by order of the PBC 6th A No. 110 dated March 7, 1921 "for differences in the affairs of enemy air reconnaissance in battles from May 17, 1920 until the liquidation of the Crimean Front." Together with him, the order also marked V. Zakharov, G. Kish and M. Polyaev.

In 1921 he married Alexander Vasilyevna Vishnyakov (Vorobyov) from the village of Malyuzino, Sebezhsky district, Pskov region. (1904-1980 years of life.)
