Biography
He was born on August 15, 1911 in the village of Bal-Tamak [1] , now the Sarmanovsky district of Tatarstan, in a large peasant family.
He graduated from the seven-year school, then - Yelabuga Pedagogical College. After that, he worked as a rural teacher, was the head of the Komsomol organization on the collective farm “Model Youth”, the head of the department and the second secretary of the Chelninsky district committee of the Komsomol, the propagandist of the party’s district committee.
With the beginning of World War II, Khusainov volunteered for the front, but fought only until March 31, 1942, when he was seriously wounded. [2]
After the hospital, he was commissioned and returned to Chelny, where he was on party activities - he worked as the department head, deputy chairman of the district executive committee, secretary of the Chelny district committee of the CPSU (b) . In 1946, he was sent to study at a party school, after which in 1950 [3] he became chairman of the Muslyumovsky district executive committee and soon, on the recommendation of the CPSU regional committee, was elected first secretary of the Menzelinsky district party committee. In 1957, Magsum Shaigazamovich was specially sent to improve affairs in Muslumovsky district by the first secretary of the CPSU district committee. [3] In 1962 he returned again and headed the party organization of the Menzelinsky district and worked there as first secretary until 1972. [3] Then retired.
He was engaged in social activities, was a delegate to the XXII Congress of the CPSU . [four]
He died on January 15, 1987 in Kazan, was buried in the village of Baltamak, Sarmanovsky district [5] .
Rewards
- In 1966, M. Sh. Khusainov was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin .
- Also awarded with medals of the USSR.
