Biography
- 1981 - 1986 - Yerevan Polytechnic Institute. Systems Engineer.
- 1986 - 1988 - graduate school of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute for Computer Optimization of Economic Systems. The author of more than 15 scientific papers and more than 300 publications in the press of Armenia , USA , Germany and several other countries.
- 1986 - 1993 - lecturer at the Department of Computer Engineering of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute.
- 1990 - 1995 - was a deputy of the Yerevan City Council.
- 1992 - 1993 - chief editor of the newspaper "Hanrapetakan", and in 1993 - 1999 - was the chief editor of the newspaper "Iravunk".
- Since 1988 - Member of the Board of the Constitutional Law Union of Armenia , and since 1993 - Deputy Chairman. He was a member of the parliamentary commission on the development of a declaration of independence of Armenia ( 1990 ).
- 1999 - 2003 - was a member of parliament. Member of the standing commission on state legal issues.
- Since 1999 - UN national expert, deputy chairman of the Commission on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sports of the IPA CIS (since 2002 ). Academician IANPO ( 2003 ).
- May 6, 2012 - elected to the National Assembly by the proportional election system from the Republican Party of Armenia.
