History
In ancient times, there was the kingdom of Fay (费 国), which in 255 BC. er was conquered by the kingdom of Chu.
During the time of the Western Han Empire, the Feishian district was established on the lands of the former kingdom of Fay. During the time of the Van Man dictatorship , it was renamed Shuntsun (顺从 县), but under the Eastern Han Empire, the former name was returned to the county.
When the war with Japan began in 1937, these lands quickly came under Japanese occupation. Communist guerrillas operating in the Japanese rear began to create their own government, whose areas of responsibility did not coincide with the boundaries of administrative units that existed before the war. After the war, some of these zones were transformed into new counties, with the result that the Feixian county decreased.
In May 1950, Linyi Special District (区 专区) was formed within Shandong Province, and the county became part of it. In 1967, Linyi Special District was renamed Linyi County (临沂 地区).
By the decree of the State Council of the PRC dated December 17, 1994, Linyi District and Linyi City District were disbanded, and the city of Linyi was formed instead.
Administrative division
The county is divided into 1 street committee , 9 villages and 2 parishes .
Notes
- ↑ In accordance with the rules of the Russian name for Chinese toponyms, if the Chinese name consists of one syllable, then a Chinese word is added to it, denoting the type of toponym (“county”, “mountain”, “river”, etc.), so that the Russian name It was at least double-complex.
