Biography
Born in St. Petersburg. In 1910 he graduated from the Higher Technical School in Karlsruhe , and in 1913 - the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture .
In 1912 he received the first prize in a competition for projects at the Kamensky mansion in Nizhny Novgorod (the project was completed).
In 1915, in Moscow, he built the Mogilevich house on Pogodinskaya St., 12 and a mansion on the 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya St., 30.
After the revolution, he worked in the First Architectural Studio. In 1918-1923 he worked in the Shchusev brigade on the New Moscow project.
In the years 1924-1925. Together with M. M. Churakov, he completed a kitchen factory project in Ivanovo-Voznesensk .
In the years 1926-1927. designs the layout of the city of Kotelnich .
In 1926-1929 supervised the layout of the "Greater Novosibirsk".
In 1928-1930 developed the master plan of the city of Vyatka . In Vyatka he built a post office building (43 Drevlevskogo St.), a dormitory and five houses for workers of the plantar-semi-basement plant.
