Natalya Nikolayevna Kushnarenko ( Ukrainian: Natalya Mikolaevna Kushnarenko , born October 21, 1950, Ingulets ) is a Ukrainian scientist, specialist in the field of document management , library study of local lore and library and information activities. Doctor of Education in the Russian Federation (1994), Doctor of Education in Ukraine (1998), Professor , Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine (1999). Full member of the public organization " International Academy of Informatization " (1996).

Biography
Born in a mining family. In 1968 she graduated from Inguletsky secondary school. In 1968-1972 she studied at the library faculty of the Kharkov State Institute of Culture (now the Kharkov State Academy of Culture ). She defended her thesis on the topic "Coordination of collection of funds in a centralized network of state mass libraries." In 1972-1975, she held the post of lecturer at the Department of Library Funds and Catalogs of the KSIK. In 1976-1979 she studied at the graduate school of the Moscow State Institute of Culture (now - Moscow State University of Culture and Arts ). In 1994-2002, he was dean of the faculty of library science and informatics of the KhGAK.
Natalia Kushnarenko - the founder of a systematic review of library history in the aspects of the library stock, the contingent of users, the material and technical base of the library and library personnel; the author of more than two hundred scientific and educational works, including 3 textbooks, 3 study guides, 61 educational and methodical work, more than 100 scientific articles and 50 abstracts. N. N. Kushnarenko - deputy executive editor of the scientific collection "News of the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture", member of the editorial board of scientific journals "Biblical Studies. Documentation. Олог Informology ’, Б Library of the World’, В News of the Book Chamber ’and others. Organizer of more than 40 scientific and practical conferences of international, all-Ukrainian and regional levels.
