Content
History
In 1997 - the rural district : the villages of Visloe, Ternovka (center), Shopino, the Zhdanov farm, Kalinin and Krasny Vostok; in the villages and farms of the okrug - 2300 inhabitants, of which 1224 in Ternovka, 268 in the Vistula and 262 in Shopin; 433 people under the age of 18 years, 1119 - from 18 to 50 years old. In the private ownership of the inhabitants of the district - 318.7 hectares of land, in private households - 104 cows, 493 pigs, 104 sheep and goats [2] .
Ternovsky rural settlement was established on December 20, 2004 in accordance with the Law of the Belgorod Region No. 159 [3] .

Infrastructure
On the territory of Ternovka there is a dairy complex SEC "Ternovskoye" in the district - 3 schools (secondary and 2 elementary), in which 240 students study, 29 teachers teach, kindergarten (in Ternovka itself), 3 library branches, 8 "outlets"; in the Ternovsky medical center, a therapist is receiving, in the Vistula and Shopino medical centers [2] .
