Kim John Hwan ( cor. 김정환 ; born September 2, 1983 ) is a South Korean saber fencer, Olympic champion, Asian and Asian Games champion, two-time world champion, world championship medalist.

Born in 1983 in Seoul . In 2009 and 2011, he won the Asian Championships. In 2012, he won a gold medal at the Olympic Games in London . In 2013, he became the bronze medalist of the World Cup. In 2014, he won the silver medal at the World Cup and won the gold and silver medals of the Asian Games. In 2017, the South Korean saber fencer first became the world champion by winning the team championship, and a year later, Kim John Hwan won the first time a personal tournament at the World Cup and won a gold medal in team competition.
