Vladimir Semyonovich Timoshenko (born May 26, 1943 ) is a Russian diplomat.

Biography
He graduated from the Zaporizhzhya Engineering Institute. V.Ya. Chubar (1965) and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1978). At diplomatic work since 1978. He speaks French , English and Ukrainian .
- In 1993 - 1999 he was an adviser-envoy of the Russian Embassy in Guinea .
- From January 2001 to December 2002, he was Deputy Director of the African Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
- From July 17, 2002 to June 30, 2008 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Benin [1] [2] .
- From February 17, 2003 to June 30, 2008 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Togo concurrently [3] [2] .
Since 2008 - retired.
