Mithridates III ( Georgian მითრიდატე III ) is the king of Iberia (c. 100 - 120 ) from the Farnavazid dynasty.

He maintained close political ties with the Roman Empire . From the Roman inscription found, it is known that his auxiliary troops in 114-115 participated in military operations against the Parthians in Mesopotamia . In one of the skirmishes near the city of Nisibin , his brother Amazasp died.
