Enver Hoxhaj ( Alb. Enver Hoxhaj ; born 1969 , Suva Reka ) is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo and a member of the Kosovo Assembly .

Biography
Education
In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of History of the University of Pristina . Graduate student at the University of Vienna , studied courses in history and politics. After a long period of research between 1994 and 2000 at the universities of Vienna, Berlin , Munich , Rome , Bologna , Florence and Paris , he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation.
He is fluent in English , German and Serbo-Croatian .
Career
Hojai was a professor at the University of Pristina. He worked at WUS Austria and founded the Kosovo Documentation Research Institute. In March 2004 , he joined the Democratic Party of Kosovo . He was the Minister of Education, Science and Technology of Kosovo. He leads the Kosovo Assembly Committee on Education, Science, Technology, Culture, Youth and Sports. Since February 22, 2011 , Khojay is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo.

Married, has two children.
