Vladimir Lukyanovich Boyko (born August 4, 1938 ) is a Russian diplomat.

He graduated from the Odessa Civil Engineering Institute (1965) and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1980). He speaks English and Ukrainian . He has the diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the 1st class (January 6, 1999) [1] .
At diplomatic work since 1977. He worked in various positions in the missions of the USSR in Zambia and Libya. In 1996 - 1997 - Deputy Director of the African Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. From July 4, 1997 [2] to August 28, 2001 [3] he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Zambia . Since 2001 - retired.
