Biography
He graduated from MGIMO, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1970). At diplomatic work since 1970. He speaks French and Arabic .
- In 1970 - 1975 - an employee of the Embassy of the USSR in Algeria .
- In 1982 - 1986 - an employee of the Embassy of the USSR in Belgium .
- In 1996 - 2001 - Consul General of Russia in Casablanca ( Morocco ).
- In 2002 - 2005 - Deputy Director of the Information Support Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- From July 25, 2005 to March 15, 2011 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to the Central African Republic [1] [2] .
