Pervomayskoe Selskoe settlement ( Ukrainian: Pervomayske silske settlement , Crimean-Tat. Pervomayskoy koy yurt, Biy Tanysh koy yurt ) is a municipality in the Simferopol region of the Republic of Crimea of Russia .

Geography

The settlement is located in the north-east of the region, in the lower part of the Chuyuncha valley [5] . It borders, from the north, clockwise, with Novoandreevsky , Donskoy , Urozhainovsky , Molodezhnensky , Ukromnovsky and Guards rural settlements (according to the administrative division of Ukraine - with the corresponding village councils ).

The settlement area is 79.38 km² [1] .

History

By the decision of the Crimean Regional Council of Workers' Deputies dated February 7, 1972 No. 69, the May Day Village Council was formed by identifying the villages of Pervomaisk, Krasnoe and Chaykino of the Urozhainovsky Village Council [13] . Since February 12, 1991, a village in the restored Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic [14] , on February 26, 1992, was renamed the Autonomous Republic of Crimea [15] . Since March 21, 2014 - as part of the Republic of Crimea of ​​Russia [16] . The Law “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and the Status of Municipalities in the Republic of Crimea” of June 4, 2014 declared the territory of an administrative unit as a municipality with the status of a rural settlement [17] .
