The early years
Delaney was born in Baltimore , Maryland . Vincent's elder brother played football, played for Stonehill College. Malcolm's father played basketball for Warhis College.
School and College
Delaney spent the first season for McDoug High School, but then moved to the now-disbanded Towson Catholic school, where he played for three years under the guidance of coach Josh Pratt. In the graduation class, on average for the season I scored 20 points, made four rebounds and four interceptions.
Professional career
On March 31, 2010, Delaney put forward his candidacy for the 2010 NBA Draft , but did not hire an agent [1] . Until May 8, the player had the right to withdraw the candidacy and complete the season for college. As a result, on May 7, Delaney decided to return to Hukiz and pursue a college career. ESPN predicted a choice in the second round or not a player choice at all [2] .
In 2011, after the player was not selected in the draft, Delaney decided to join the French team Alan Chalon , the transaction amount was $ 130,000 [3] . The team performed in the top division of France .
In 2012, Malcolm reached an agreement with the Ukrainian club Budivelnik , which represented the highest basketball division of Ukraine [4] . In 2013, the team ended up in the Eurocup team [5] .
In 2013, Delaney signed a one-year contract with the German club Bayern [6] . In April 2014, Delaney received the German Championship MVP award [7] . Bayern won the German championship, defeating Alba in the final with a 3–1 score, and the player was recognized as the MVP of the final series.
On July 2, 2014 Delaney signed a one-year contract with the Russian club Lokomotiv-Kuban [8] .
July 4, 2016 Delaney signed a contract with the NBA club Atlanta Hawks .
