One Central (壹 號 湖畔) is a high-rise residential and hotel complex located in Macau . It consists of a 42-storey hotel Mandarin Oriental (165 m) and several residential towers, including two 47-storey (161 m), one 46-storey (157 m), one 42-storey (144 m) and one 40- floor (137 m).
The complex has 796 apartments, 213 hotel rooms and 92 serviced apartments (luxury residential apartments serviced by room type). Also, the complex, built in 2006 - 2010, includes a 3-storey shopping center, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, a fitness center, spa, parking and underground floors. The One Central developer is Shun Tak Holdings and Hongkong Land , Hong Kong companies, the American architect Kohn Pedersen Fox and the Hong Kong Wong Tung & Partners [1] [2] [3] [4] .
