Drutsk castle ( Belorussian. Drutsk castle ) - a castle that existed in the XIV - XVII centuries on the right bank of the Drut River, on the site of the modern agro-town of Drutsk, Tolochinsky district, Vitebsk region of Belarus .

Castle Description
It was surrounded by a high shaft and a deep moat. Information about the castle is in the documents for 1544, 1545 and 1549, in the Chronicle of European Sarmatia (1578, 1581) of Gwanyini . The Drutsk castle was constantly indicated on the maps of Europe for 1562, 1589, 1595 and 1613. Probably disappeared in the middle of the XVII century. In the documents of the period of the war of Russia with the Commonwealth of 1654–67. Drutsk castle is not mentioned.
