Dubravny ( Kalm. Hooҗur ) is a village in the Tselinny district of Kalmykia , as part of the Tselinnoye rural municipality . Located in the Gojur beam, 45 km north-north-east of the village of Troitskoye.

Content
History
The date of foundation of the settlement is not established. Originally called Gojour . In the tract Godzhur there was a manor with a garden of a baga-Chonosovsky hare E.-U. Dondukova .
In the summer of 1942, the village was briefly occupied [2] (liberated by the beginning of 1943) [3] . On December 28, 1943, the Kalmyk population was deported . The village, as well as other settlements of the Troitsk ulus, was transferred to the Astrakhan region , in 1952 - to the Stavropol Territory [4] (transferred to the newly formed Kalmyk Autonomous Region in 1957 ).
Until 1964, the village was designated on topographic maps as the village of Gojour [5] . The date and reasons for renaming Dubravny are not known. The 1984 map is shown under a new name [6] .
Physico-geographical characteristics
The village is located in the northern part of Tselinny district within the Ergeninsky Upland, which is part of the East European Plain . The average height above sea level is 83 m [7] . The terrain is flat. The village is located on the right side of the Gojour beam [8] .
By road, the distance to the capital of Kalmykia, the city of Elista is 59 km, to the district center of the village of Troitskoye - 46 km. The nearest settlement is Arshan-Bulg village , located 2.8 km north-east of the village [9] . There is no access to the paved village.
According to the Köppen – Geiger classification of climates, the village is located in the semi - arid climate zone (Bsk) [10] . Light chestnut soils of various particle size distribution in combination with solonetzes are common in the vicinity of the village [11] .
In the village, as well as throughout Kalmykia , Moscow time operates.

In the late 1980s, about 110 inhabitants lived in the village [12] .

- National composition
According to the 2002 census, the majority of the population of the village were Kalmyks (58%) and Georgians (26%) [16]
Social Infrastructure
Social infrastructure is not developed. Institutions of culture (village club, library) and education (high school, kindergarten) are located in the administrative center of the village - the village of Arshan-Bulg . Medical services for the villagers are provided by the office of the feldsher-midwife station in the village of Arshan-Bulg and Tselinnaya Central District Hospital. The nearest emergency department is located in Troitsky [17] .
The village is not gasified. There are no centralized water supply and sanitation systems in the village. Water supply is carried out by delivering fresh water individually to each household. Drainage is provided through the use of cesspools. There is no solid waste collection system [17] .
