Ostap Mikhailovich Lutsky ( Ukrainian: Ostap Mikhailovich Lutsky ; 1883 - 1941 ) - Ukrainian political and social activist, agricultural administrator, politician, military, journalist, deputy of the Sejm of the Second Republic of Poland II and III cadences, in 1935-1939 senator of the Second Republic of Poland IV and V cadences.

Biography
He was born in the Zemstvo family of Mikhail Lutsk coat of arms Sas [1] and his wife Mikhailina Schuster, the daughter of German colonists [2] .
He was educated at the Butac and Stanislav Grammar Schools, later he studied philosophy in Prague and literature at the University of Cracow. In 1907-1913 he was the editor of the newspaper "Bukovina". During the First World War he served in the Austro-Hungarian army. He was adjutant of Archduke William .
During the Polish-Ukrainian War , in 1919 he was the chief of staff of the 4th Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Galician Army . In 1920, he was a representative of the army of the Ukrainian People's Republic at the headquarters of the Supreme Commander.
He was the director of the association of cooperatives in Stryi , vice-president of the Agricultural Society in Lviv (Lviv). In 1928-1939 he was chairman of the board of Ukrainian agricultural cooperatives "Centrosojuz", director of the Revision Union of Ukrainian Cooperatives.
He was a member of the board of the Ukrainian National Democratic Association (UNDO), from 1928 to 1935 he was a deputy of the Sejm, in 1935-1939 - a senator of the Second Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
After the Soviet invasion of Poland on September 17, 1939, on October 2, 1939, the NKVD was arrested and died in the Soviet camp in Kotlas.
