Nurbiy Amerbievich Samogov (born May 30, 1959, Koshekhabul village, Koshekhablsky district , Adygea , Russia ) is a Russian statesman, Member of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation 2011-2012, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Adygea .

Biography
Born May 30, 1959 in a. Koshekhabl Koshekhablskogo area of the Krasnodar Territory . In 1982 he graduated from Maykop Agricultural College . In 1994, he graduated from the Kabardino-Balkarian Agrarian Institute with a degree in mechanization of land reclamation, in 2012 he graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in finance and credit, with honors.
Since 1974, the forwarder of the bakery in the Koshehabl region.
1977-1979 - military service in the ranks of the USSR Armed Forces (commander of the Strategic Missile Forces branch).
In 1979-1988, he worked in the field of motor transport in various positions.
In 1988-1993 - Director of the motor depot of the Koshekhablsky District Consumer Union.
In 1993-1995 - Director of the agricultural enterprise "Salute".
In 1995-1998 - Head of the Department for the Control of Banking Operations and the Movement of Petroleum Products of the Krasnodar Branch of AOZT Atlas, Moscow
In 1998—2010 - Director of the Salyut agricultural enterprise LLC.
In 2007-2011, he was the head of the Trade Representation of the Republic of Adygea in Moscow and the Moscow Region [1] .
From March 2003 to September 2011 - Member of the State Council-Hase of the Republic of Adygea III, IV and V convocations [2]
From 2006 to March 2011 - Chairman of the Committee of the State Council - Hase of the Republic of Adygea on the fuel and energy complex and industry.
In 2011-2012, he was a member of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the legislative body of the Republic of Adygea, a member of the Committee of the Council of the Federation for Financial Markets and Money Circulation, and the deputy chairman of the Commission of the Council of the Federation for interaction with the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation [3] .
From February 2012 to July 2012, he was Head of the Corporate and Retail Business Development Division of RIABANK CJSC.
On June 21, 2012, he was appointed a member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Adygea with a casting vote [4] .
On July 9, 2012 he was elected Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Adygea.
In the Central Election Commission, Adygea is responsible for interaction with state bodies and local authorities on issues related to the preparation and conduct of elections and referenda, interaction with judicial and law enforcement agencies on the issues of ensuring and protecting electoral rights and the right to participate in a referendum for citizens of the Russian Federation and other
