Vasyl Nikolayevich Mudry ( ukr. Vasil Mikolayovich Mudry , Polish. Wasyl Mudry ; March 19, 1893, Window near Skalat - March 19, 1966, Yonkers ) - Ukrainian public and political figure, journalist, deputy of the Seventh IV and V cadenzas of the Second Speech Fate period, vice-president Marshall Sejm .

Biography
Comes from a peasant family. In 1917-1920 he worked in the government of the Ukrainian People's Republic and was part of the government of Simon Petlyura .
In 1921–1933 he was an activist of the “ Prosvita ” society. In 1921-1925 he was the treasurer and secretary of the Ukrainian secret university in Lviv . In 1927–1935 - editor of the newspaper " Dilo " (formally held this position until 1939). From 1935 to 1939 he was the chairman of the Ukrainian National Democratic Association (UNDO) and vice-marshal of the Sejm, from 1935-1939 he was the president of the so-called Ukrainian parliamentary representation, and also a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
In 1941 he was appointed secretary of the Ukrainian National Committee . In the years 1942-1943 he made films in Lviv. Since July 1944, he was Vice-President of the Department of Civil Protection . Since 1945, he was in exile, first in Germany, and since 1949 - in the USA. In emigration, he reformed the structure of UNDO and was its chairman throughout his life. In the United States, he served as director of the office of the Ukrainian Congress Committee.
