Biography
Kurban was born in Kuibyshev in a circus dynasty family, during a circus tour, his father was the famous Soviet carpet clown Atokhodzha Dodarhodzhaev. From an early age, Kurban began to go out with his father to the arena and participate in reprises as a little clown. He spent all his childhood on tour with his father, who then worked in the SoyuzGosTsirka system.
Since 1992, at the Almaty State Circus, he began to professionally engage in acrobatics and jigitovka, in the equestrian-acrobatic room Azamat, under the leadership of Batyr Kunguzhinov. In 1993 he became the silver medalist (Silver Lion) of the international acrobatic festival in China, as part of the Azamat group. after that, as part of the group, Azamat went on a big European tour with the Italian circus (Moira Orpheus Circus).
In 1998, Kurban received an invitation to perform as part of an equestrian acrobatic group led by Shukur Aliyev at the Bolshoi Moscow Circus on Vernadsky Avenue. Kurban accepted the invitation, and already in 1999 the group won the international festival of circus arts in Monte Carlo , where it was awarded the special prize of Monaco, Prince Rainier III . It was a great success for Kurban, he was invited to horse shows in Europe, including the large equestrian enterprise Equitano ( Dusseldorf , Germany) [1] .
In 2001, in Almaty, he founded the international circus studio Mask, with the patronage of the assembly of the peoples of Kazakhstan.
