Biography
Chairman of the State Council - Hase of the Republic of Adygea Born on March 23, 1948. Higher education, graduated from the Kuban State University in 1976 with a degree in history and social studies, in 1992 - from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration with a degree in political science, adviser (expert) on political issues and relations with socio-political organizations ". He passed professional retraining at the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Candidate of Political Sciences [2] , full member of the Russian Municipal Academy, Russian Academy of Security, Defense and Law and Order. He is the author of a number of articles, scientific papers, and the book “Republic of Adygea: Problems of Society Reform”.
Professional activity:
- From 1967 to 1969, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
- From 1971 to 1977 - at the Komsomol work in the cities of Krasnodar and Maykop .
- From 1981 to 1983 he was elected as a deputy of the Maykop City Council of People's Deputies.
- From 1977 to 1991 - at party work in the city of Maykop .
- In 1996 - Member of the State Council - Hase of the Republic of Adygea .
- From 1991 to 1997 - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Adygea, Minister of National Policy and External Relations of the Republic of Adygea.
- From 1997 to 2006, he was the head of the Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Adygea of the State Council - Hase of the Republic of Adygea in 2001-2006, he headed the committee on social policy issues.
- In 2006, he was elected Chairman of the State Council - Hase of the Republic of Adygea .
