Born in 1909 in Brussels . In 1928, at the Olympic Games in Amsterdam, she became the 6th in foil fencing. At the International Fencing Championship in 1930, she won a gold medal. In 1932, at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles, took 4th place. In 1935, she again won the bronze medal of the International Fencing Championship. In 1936, she became the 6th at the Olympic Games in Berlin .

In 1937, the International Fencing Federation recognized all previously held International Fencing Championships as world championships.

In 1938, Jenny Addams became the bronze medalist of the World Cup.

After World War II, Jenny Addams took part in the London Olympics in 1948, but she did not win medals there either.
