Kolku poppy Domnayl [1] ( dr. Col. colcu mac Domnaill ; died in 580 ) - King Ayleha (572-580) from the Kenel Eogayn family.

Biography
Kolku was the son of the ruler of Ailech and the supreme king of Ireland, Domnall Ilhelgah , who died in 566, and Brig ingen Orkkayn from the septa Wye Mac Kairtinn [2] [3] [4] [5] . He inherited the throne of Aileh in 572 after the death of his brother Eokhaid poppy Domnayilla , while the title of supreme king passed to the ruler of Kenel Conaille Baetan poppy Ninnedo . In the treatise " Laud Synchronisms " it is reported that Kolka has ruled the kingdom for eight years [6] .
According to the Irish annals , Kolku poppy Domnayll died in 580 at the battle of Druim Mak Erke. Its winner is the High King of Ireland Aed Mack Einmereh [7] . It is assumed that the conflict between the two kings was caused by their struggle for the role of the most influential ruler among the North Wye Neilov [5] .
After the death of Kolku poppy Domnaylla, the throne of Ailekh was inherited by his cousin Colman the Calculator [2] .
