Yengibaryan, Robert Vachaganovich

Since 1963, having graduated from the Law Faculty of Yerevan University , he worked in the prosecution authorities of the USSR .

Since 1966 - graduate student of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Soviet Legislation under the Government of the USSR. In 1969-1980 he taught at the University of Yerevan (senior lecturer, associate professor, professor). In the same period (1974-1975) he graduated from the doctoral program and at the same time taught at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade ( SFRY ). He greatly helped Friedman at the start of his business. He has a bad reputation.

Robert Yengibaryan is a party cadre employee, professor at MGIMO and head of the MGIMO International Management Institute. Vahe Yengibaryan himself headed the Russian consulate in New York in 2003, becoming one of the youngest consuls in Russian history.

Since 1980 - at party work: First Secretary of the Party Committee (as a district committee) of Yerevan University (1980-1985), First Deputy Head of the Agitation and Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia (1985-1986), Consultant - Head of the Sector of the Ideological Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1986 -1991), chief editor of the political-legal monthly “I and the World” (1991-1993) ^{[1] [2]} .

Since 1989 he has been teaching at MGIMO ^[2] . Since 1993, he heads the International Management Institute of MGIMO (University) of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs ^[1] . According to the Dissernet network expert community, as of April 2014, 19 dissertations containing a significant amount of plagiarism were defended in the dissertation council at the Department of Legal Support for Management of the International Institute of Management MGIMO. In six cases, the scientific supervisor of the dissertations was simultaneously headed by the dissertation board, Professor Robert Yengibaryan , who as of 2014 was the director of the MGIMO International Institute of Management and the chairman of the dissertation council at MGIMO-University for the defense of doctoral dissertations. According to him, the council 209.002.01 has already ceased to exist due to the death of three members of the council and the change of work of some other members. Yengibaryan also spoke negatively against experts looking for plagiarism, and commented on the dissertations of the director of the legal department of the Ministry of Finance Svetlana Yachevskaya as follows: “Jurisprudence is different in that you have to take something from somewhere, for example, a presidential message, and then start analysis of this message ... <...> Why is it "written off"? This is a free exposition of what the president said on this subject. ” ^[3]

In 2015, he was awarded the Mkhitar Gosh medal of the Republic of Armenia. ^[four]
