Daniel Issalen ( French Daniel Issalène ; d. September 17, 2012 [2] , Bergerac [3] ) - French drafts player , drafts composer and analyst, master of the FMJD .

Issalen was a member of the French Drafts Championships from 1975 to 1994. Three-time champion of France ( 1984 , 1986 , 1991 ), vice champion ( 1976 , 1983 , 1987 , 1993 ). He participated in two world championships ( 1980 , 1988 ) and two European championships in international drafts ( 1987 , 1992 ). For 20 years, Issalen was the leader of the drafts club of Bergerac , collaborated as a drafts analyst with the magazine L'Effort [4] .
