Geography
It is located in the southeastern part of the Belogorsky district , in the upper reaches of the Wet Indol River with tributaries in the Inner Range of the Crimean Mountains .
On the territory of the rural settlement is located Toplovsky Monastery .

History
In Soviet times, the Zemlyanichnensky village council was formed [8] .
The status and boundaries of the Zemlyanichnensky rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated June 5, 2014 No. 15-ZRK “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and the Status of Municipalities in the Republic of Crimea” [9] .
