Sergey Iosifovich Evstigneev ( 1884 , the village of Khomei, Moscow province - August 1955 ) - Soviet statesman, chairman of the Omsk Oblast Executive Committee (1940-1943). He was a member of the special troika of the NKVD of the USSR .

Biography
Member of the RCP (b) since 1919
- 1917-1924 - assistant to the master, chief, commissar of military engineering workshops (Moscow),
- 1924-1930 - Director of Plant No. 39 named after V.R. Menzhinsky of Moscow,
- 1931-1936 - Chairman of the Krasnopresnensky District Council (Moscow),
- 1936-1937 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Leningrad District Council (Moscow),
- 1937 - Head of the Transport Department of the Moscow Council.
- 1937-1940 - and. about. Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Omsk Regional Council. This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 30, 1937 No. 00447 [1] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [2] .
- 1940-1943 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Omsk Regional Council.
Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
Awards and titles
