History

The city was founded in 1904 in connection with the construction of the Great Northern Railway, and was named after investor S. A. Crosby.

Geographical position

Crosby is located 300 km north of the capital of North Dakota, the city of Bismarck . The climate is semi-arid , with warm summers and cold winters.
