History
Date of establishment not established. The village is marked on the map of the Red Army 1941 [2] . Most likely, the sedentary village, like many other settlements of Kalmykia, arose in the 1920s as part of a policy of transition to a sedentary lifestyle.
On December 28, 1943, the Kalmyk population was deported . The village, like other settlements of the Priyutnensky ulus , was transferred to the Stavropol Territory . Returned to the newly formed Kalmyk Autonomous Region in 1957.

Geography
The village is located in the zone of dry steppes , in the central part of the Kumo-Manych Lowland , west of Lake Dolgoe , at an altitude of about 25 meters above sea level. The terrain is flat [3] . Soils are light chestnut solonetzic and solonchak soils [4] .
By road, the distance to the district center of the village of Priyutnoye is 7 km, to the capital of the Republic of Kalmykia, the city of Elista - 73 km.
