By Decree No. GKO-698ss of 09/21/1941 "On the resettlement of Germans from the Krasnodar and Ordzhonikidze regions, the Tula region, the Kabardino-Balkarian and North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republics", the entire German population of the colony was evicted to Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

By the decree of the PVS of the RSFSR of July 15, 1942, the village of Eben-Etzer of the Primalka region was renamed the village of Sovetskoe [4] .

In 1948, the camp of political prisoners of the republic from the village of Lashkuta was transferred to the village.

In 1959, during the transformation of the municipal districts of the KBASSR, the village was administratively subordinated to the Karagach village council .

In 1988, the settlement of political prisoners was disbanded and transferred to a medical and labor dispensary.

In 1994, the medical and labor dispensary was disbanded, and in its place a correctional colony of general regime was opened.

In 1999, Sovetskoye was separated from the subordination of the Karagach rural administration and reorganized into an independent rural administration, with the village becoming a village.
