Biography
Lutheran. From the Count of Nirodov . The son of the cavalry general, Eustache Evstafievich Nirod . Landowner of the Volyn province (own 4,226 dessiatines , as well as the family estate of his wife).
At the end of the Alexander Lyceum in 1868 with a silver medal, he entered the service of the Ministry of the Interior and was seconded to the administration of the St. Petersburg Chief Police Officer .
In 1873 he was appointed head of the foreign department of the office of the St. Petersburg city governor. In 1875 he transferred to the post of official of special assignments under the Minister of the Interior. In 1898 he was granted the rangers and was appointed a member of the Council of the Minister of the Interior, in which position he remained until 1913. In addition, he was an honorary magistrate of the Zhytomyr district (since 1884).
At the same time, he held a number of posts in the Department of Institutions of Empress Maria . In 1880-1913 he was a member of the council of the House of Charity of the Insane. Since 1905, he was the honorary guardian of the St. Petersburg presence, and since 1907, he was the manager of the hospitals of Maria Magdalene and Alexandrovskaya Women.
On October 8, 1913 he was elected a member of the State Council from the Volyn Provincial Zemstvo. He was a member of the right group. He was a member of the Russian Assembly .
He was married to Anastasia Fedorovna Trepova (1849-1940), the daughter of cavalry general F.F. Trepov . Their kids:
- Fedor (1871-1952), Major General of the Suite.
- Vera (1874-1920), married to the chamberlain, Prince Sergei Vladimirovich Kudashev (1863-1933). Died in Paris.
