Located on the shore of Shustruya , 22 km from the district center and the Torbeevo railway station. Anthroponym name: from the pre-Christian Mordovian name Noskai ( Nosakai ); in a historical document of 1655, Nosayko Druzhinin is mentioned. In the "List of Populated Places of the Tambov Province" (1862) Nosakino is a state village of 27 yards (323 people). Residents were engaged in agriculture, timber trade, resin dressing, leather dressing, brick burning, and the production of vegetable oil. A hemp processing workshop operated on a water engine.

In 1930, the village was founded the collective farm “Od Eryaf” (“New Life”; chairman - V. A. Evdokimov), since 1935 - named after V.V. Kuibyshev, since 1959 - to them. XXI Congress of the CPSU, since 1960 - branch of the Khilkovsky state farm, since 1961 - the fattening state farm, since 1992 - the Torbeevsky agricultural collective farm. In modern Nosakin - high school, the House of Culture, post office, 2 shops, a first-aid post; a monument to the soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War; Assumption Church (early 20th century). In the village there are deposits of peat , white clay, sand . Nosakino is the birthplace of the director of the Zubovo-Polyansky bakery reception center P.V. Kuzmin, the head of the police department of the Moscow region (Zhukovsk) M.N. Sidorov, the first vice-rector of the Mordovian State University N.E. Fomin, the hieromonk, the new martyr V.E. Erekaeva. The Nosaki Rural Administration includes s. Malyshevo (178 people (2010); the birthplace of Hero of the Soviet Union P.T. Pavlov , head of the Republican Archival Service of the Republic of Mordovia, Yu.F. Yushkin) and New Pichemorga (64 people).
