Biography
Born on February 9, 1964 in Sverdlovsk .
He worked at the Ural Research Institute of Mining Geomechanics. In October 1993, he went to work in the police.
Participated in operations to seize weapons in the Chechen Republic . June 24, 1995 in the village of New took part in the elimination of Dudayev’s terrorists. Killed in the line of duty.
By a decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 12, 1996, Dmitry Borisovich Slinkin was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation .
He was buried in Yekaterinburg at the Eastern cemetery.
