Biography
Nikolai Ivanovich Titov was born in 1888 . After graduating from the military training school, he went to serve in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army [1] .
In 1919 he joined the Bolshevik party. From July to November 1922 he served as military commissar of the Vladikavkaz city veterinary hospital. From November 1922 to March 1924, Nikolai Ivanovich served as military commissar of the Military Veterinary Department of the North Caucasus Military District. For 9 years he was in the position of veterinary department of the Siberian Military District. Nikolai Ivanovich served as head of the Veterinary Directorate of the Siberian Military District from May 1933 to October 1935 . In February 1938, he took the post of head of the veterinary service of the Ukrainian HE, and in November 1939, he received the position of head of the veterinary service of the Moscow HE. November 26, 1940 Nikolai Ivanovich took the post of Veterinary Directorate of the Red Army [1] .
September 12, 1944 Nikolai Ivanovich Titov died of a disease [1] .
