Nikolay Fadeyevich Lyskin (May 3, 1906 - 1989) - organizer of agricultural production, Hero of Socialist Labor (1957), deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR .

Born in the village of Mokryy Elanchik, Amvrosievsky district, Donetsk region . In 1929 he graduated from the Timiryazev Academy .
In 1929-1943 he was a research associate at the All-Union Research Institute of the Grain Economy of the South-East. In 1943–1950 - head of the seed station of the Novoaleksandrovsky district of the Stavropol Territory .
In October 1950, the collective farm named after Molotov, Pravda, the Socialist Way, True Work, and the Dawn of the World Revolution, named after Kirov united into a collective farm named after Stalin. N. F. Lyskin was elected chairman.
The farm at that time had a land of 19,215 hectares, incl. arable land 16047 ha, pasture 1360 ha. KRS 1208, horses 319, pigs 954, sheep 3546, poultry 20208. The number of yards is 1248, the collective farm members are 1948 people, able-bodied 1554 people, adolescents and the elderly 691 people.
In 1954, the collective farm named after Stalin received a new name - "Russia". For 5 years (1951-1955) the collective farm increased grain production by 2 times, meat and milk - by 6 times. His chairman, N. F. Lyskin, on January 11, 1957, was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
In 1959-1967, the director of the Vladimir regional agricultural experimental station. Since 1967 - Director of the Vorsino breeding farm ( Borovsky District , Kaluga Region ).
He died in 1989. He was buried in Moscow at the Transfiguration Cemetery .
He was awarded the Order of Lenin , 3 orders of the Red Banner of Labor , orders of the October Revolution, Friendship of Peoples and the Badge of Honor, and medals.
