Pavel Noskov was born in 1899 . In 1918 he went to serve in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army. He participated in the battles of the Civil and Soviet-Finnish Wars [1] .

During the Great Patriotic War, Major General of the Quartermaster Service Pavel Noskov served as a front quartermaster, head of the Food Supply Department of the Volkhov Front , and then head of the quartermaster service of the 2nd Belorussian Front . He was engaged in providing front-line troops with everything necessary for the conduct of hostilities, the procurement and distribution of food, the restoration of industrial enterprises on the territory that had been beaten off from the enemy, and the establishment of their work for the front's needs [1] .

Major General of the quartermaster service Pavel Noskov died on July 4, 1945 [2] , was buried in the columbarium of the Novodevichy cemetery in Moscow .

He was awarded the Order of Lenin , four orders of the Red Banner , the Order of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, two orders of the Red Star and a number of medals [1] .
