Ruby Rose

Ruby Rose Langenheim was born in the family of the artist Katie and the cross-country breeder Peter, spent her early childhood at his farm in Victoria (Australia). Her godfather is the famous Australian boxer Lynnell Rose, and she is also the great-great-granddaughter of Alec Campbell, the last surviving Australian soldier participating in the Dardanelles operation. At age 20, the mother fled from her father when the child was one year old. According to R. Rose, in order to buy them plane tickets to Hobart, my mother stole a TV and sold it. First, they settled with Aunt Ruby, Mary, of whom she kept the fondest memories. This was followed by many relocations during which they constantly lived in need: Churchill, Gipsland, Surfers Paradise, until they settled in grandmother Melbourne, Daydre Rose Langeheim.

As a child, Ruby experienced sexual violence from one of her relatives, because of which she began to suffer from manic-depressive psychosis (bipolar disorder) ^{[3] [4]} and tried to commit suicide.

In Melbourne, she went to university school and the city college of Footscray.

The first glory came to Ruby Rose in 2002, when she took part in a model contest organized by the Australian magazine Girlfriend. She took second place, losing to Catherine McNeill ^[5] .

Ruby Rose was awarded the ASTRA AWARDS Award in the Favorite TV Presenter nomination ^[6] . She also participated in the Australian game show Talkin '' Bout Your Generation , where she worked on the same set with the famous comedian Josh Thomas ^[7] . She was a visiting judge in an episode of Australia's Next Top Model talk show ^[8] . In the final of the program, Ruby served as a correspondent.

In 2009, Ruby became one of the co-hosts of The 7pm Project , aired on Network Ten, an Australian television channel ^[9] .

In 2013, together with Gary Go, she recorded a single called Guilty Pleasure , for which a video of the same name was shot. Later the track Break Free was released. At last.fm, the number of songs played by Ruby Rose is approaching 50,000,000 ^[12] .

At school and college, Ruby suffered from verbal and physical violence from her classmates, which was a consequence of the fact that at the age of 12, R. Rose decided to tell her classmates that she was a lesbian ^[13] .
