Biography
Born on October 11, 1903 in Tavria (now Belozersky district (Kherson region) , Ukraine ). In 1930 he graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute . In 1930-1931 he worked at the LMZ named after I.V. Stalin . Since 1931, at the factory “Red Putilovets”: designer, engineer, technologist, site manager, shop manager.
Member of World War II, the defense of Leningrad. He led a specially created tank engine repair shop.
After the war, he worked at the Kirov Plant : head of the turbine workshop (1945 - 1946), chief designer (1946 - 1973). Created design bureau for the design of turbine units for the military and transport fleet.
He was one of the leaders in the development of turbine generator sets for the first nuclear submarines, turbo-gear units for surface ships, turbine units for atomic icebreakers, tankers, and dry cargo ships. Doctor of Technical Sciences .
