Biography
Born in 1940 in the village of Deybuk (now in the Kayakent district of Dagestan). In 1957 , he graduated from the Sergokalinsky Pedagogical School, in 1989, the AO doctoral program at the Central Committee of the CPSU. He was a member of the CPSU, a member of the Union of Writers of the USSR (1979).
