Biography
In the years 1922-1924. - A student of the preparatory department of the Kyrgyz Pedagogical College, in 1924 - a student of the Orenburg Workers' Faculty. In 1924 - in the newspaper Bostandyk Tuy (The Banner of Freedom), then - secretary of the journal Zhas Kazakh (Young Kazakh).
- 1928-1930 - Head of the Kazak regional school of adolescents,
- 1930 - Head of the Secretariat of the People's Commissariat of Education of the Kazak Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic,
- 1930-1933 - Director of the Alma-Ata Transport Polytechnic.
- 1933-1936 - Head of the sector, instructor, deputy industrial and transport department of the Kazak regional committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1936-1937 - Second Secretary of the Alma-Ata City Committee of the CPSU (b) - KP (b) of Kazakhstan.
- May-October 1937 - Second Secretary of the Karaganda Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kazakhstan. This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated 30.07.1937 No. 00447 [1] and active participation in Stalin's repressions [2] .
